Reflexology

Reflexology is the name given to a form of treatment which involves giving massage to all areas of the feet. In the feet there are reflex areas which relate to all areas of the body. By massaging the various areas, a diagnosis of various parts of the body which are out of balance and therefore not working efficiently can be made and treatment given to correct these imbalance and thus return the body to good working order. A reflexology treatment is an hour long and involves: •Initial discussion about the general health and well being of the client •Massage of the feet in a relaxing environment to work on the balance of the body Helen is a registered nurse and has now qualified in Aromatherapy and Reflexology; she therefore understands wholly the anatomy and physiology of the body. Bringing these two disciplines together enables a holistic approach with an medically trained awareness, ensuring the most beneficial treatment for the client. Treatments are charged at £35 per hour. Guests will receive a 20% discount if booked in advance to arrival. Block bookings for four treatments can be made, where a specific problem needs to be addressed, at £110.
